The Art Square project is a gated residential development in Limassol, Cyprus, featuring a thoughtfully crafted blend of modern amenities, bold art, and community-oriented design. I designed two types of apartments two-bedroom, and three-bedroom—to offer unique atmospheres tailored to different lifestyles. Each apartment combines aesthetic elegance with practical living spaces, incorporating natural light, vibrant accents, and efficient layouts. The development includes a versatile Club Space for sports and leisure, a swimming pool, play areas, and striking wall art symbolizing community spirit. Art Square is designed as a harmonious, inviting community hub that balances contemporary style with comfort and functionality.
